Refund policy

RETURNS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased with a discount code/sale items

  • Grab bags

  • Hats

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Hair Accessories 

  • Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates

  • Pajamas

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • with original tags and packaging intact if applicable

  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

We only offer store credit for returns. IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM THAT HAS HAD A PRICE CHANGE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE CURRENT PRICE OF THE ITEM (for example, if an item is now on sale, you will only be given the sale price for store credit)

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Once it has been 14 calendar days since your order, it is no longer eligible to be returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; we ask that a note including the order number and name associated with the order inside the package. June+Grey is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Returns over $100 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.


EXCHANGES

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, we ask that you place a new order with the correct size.
