Shipping policy

All orders with ready to ship items ship within 1-5 days of purchase. PREORDER items will say PREORDER in the title of the listing with a description of how long it will take for the item to ship. PREORDER items will also have description of their ship time as well.

Unfortunately, we can not combine orders. Please be sure to place one order to avoid multiple shipping charges. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping companies. If you choose to remove ROUTE from your order, you are doing so at your own risk. ROUTE protects you in the case a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. You MUST process a claim with ROUTE within 15 days of an order being "delivered" according to the tracking information.
